David Walliams lost his contract with longtime publisher.
Acclaimed children's author and TV personality David Walliams has parted ways with his UK book publisher, according to an announcement.
A representative for the publisher stated: "After careful consideration, and following the appointment of its recently appointed chief executive, HarperCollins UK will not be releasing any new titles by David Walliams."
Media sources suggest that the move was reached following an investigation into claims about questionable actions directed at women.
The company did not confirm the motivations for this action, stating: "We do not comment on internal matters."

He has published over four dozen titles combined, which features a festive story called *Santa & Son*, which was released through HarperCollins last autumn.
