The relatives of young people unaccounted for after a deadly fire at a establishment in a Swiss ski resort are facing an painful wait for official news and requesting any details about their family members publicly.

The fire engulfed the Le Constellation bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Swiss Alps of the Valais region, in the middle of the night of January 1st. Circulated footage reveal the roof structure catching alight as bottles with fireworks are held aloft.

One of his teachers stated, "He was known for his kindness and smile, alongside great responsibility. Every time ask if help out."

Alice Kallergis, who holds dual Greek and Swiss nationality but lives permanently in Switzerland, was also at the bar on New Year's Eve, according to reports.

Her sibling has published an appeal online, saying the relatives has had "no news" regarding the teenager or the three friends she was with, who are also unaccounted for.

Consular authorities from her other nation say they are actively engaged with the situation.
